We'll map out your next few months together, calendar in hand, and set up a system that keeps you from falling back into autopilot mode.

We'll coach for half the session on a topic of your choice (organisation, relationships, fun & passions,...)


The rest of the time will be dedicated to building a launchpad to set you up for success.

 

You'll come out with clear, actionable steps to move forward either in the areas we worked on or others.

This session is all about taking care of your relationship with yourself.


We’ll figure out what’s been getting in the way so you can move past it, and put lasting habits in place to strengthen that bond.
